Our client is an established name in the hotel industry. They are now seeking the services of a Restaurant Manager to join their team
Restaurant Manager
- You will be managing the day to day running of the outlet
- Tasks will include Operations, HR matters including Recruitment and ensuring that the quality of work is as per established policies, and cost control
- You will handle staff rosters and also coordinate the necessary maintenance
- You will report into the General Manager of the hotel
- You will be required to work with shifts
Skill-sets and Requirements
- You will have experience in a similar position
- You have managed people and have experience in managing operations
- You are a good communicator
Education & Experience
Preferably have a qualification in hospitality
