Our client, a vibrant hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations are looking for a Reservations Agent to work at their Malta office.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks
- Advising international guests by email and phone
- Maintaining the PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
- Checking reservations and incoming payments
- Keeping monthly overnight statistics and process commissions
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- High degree of commitment and self-motivation
- Must be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- Excellent written & spoken English, German will be preferred
Education & Experience
- Minimum of year experience in a similar position
- Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
