Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

Our Client, a well established company operating within the Hospitality Industry, is seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie. Your duties will include:

  • Day to day preparation, supervision and service of food
  • Ensuring that highest safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Working effectively within the team whilst assisting the kitchen staff whenever and however necessary
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen are maintained at all times

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie is given preference
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Passion for food and delivering great service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
  • Keen eye for detail and a sense of creativity

Education & Experience

Completed course at ITS related to Culinary studies is seen as a must
