Our client is a leader in its field of operation. They would like to employ a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager(HSE) to join their team
The Role
You will ensure that all HSE standards are in strictly in place and abided with.
You will conduct onsite investigations to ensure adherence of policies and procedures
You will keep abreast of all related legislation and ensure proper implementation and adherence
You will ensure great communication with all stakeholders
You will set up training programmes and deliver it to all stakeholders
Create the necessary reporting
Identify hazards and mitigate risks accordingly
Conduct third-party certification audits of on HSE ISO related accredited management system
Skill-sets and Requirements
Be a good communicator
Be assertive yet approachable
Have extensive experience in HSE Management
Strong data management skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data to drive evidence-based decision-making and track the company's progress towards its sustainability goals.
Education & Experience
Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH).
Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science).
