Our well-known client is looking to recruit an IT Operations Manager to join their team in Malta.
Forming part of the technical department, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of technology operations specialists and service delivery professionals responsible for the organization’s network architecture, security platforms, infrastructure systems, service and support.
Representing the company on a national and international scale.
Determining the goals of the IT department and working towards reaching the company targets by providing the necessary technical leadership.
Actively research, develop and implement technological solutions aimed at enhancing both customer experience and internal operations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the improvement of business processes.
Handling the sourcing, management of contractors, external suppliers and their subsequent evaluation in project delivery.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent command of both Maltese and English.
Between 4 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge in information systems, technology operation and information security.
