Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Head of Technology to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of technology operations specialists and service delivery professionals responsible for the organisation’s network architecture, security platforms, infrastructure systems, service and support.
Representing the company on a national and international scale
Determining the goals of the IT department and working towards reaching the company targets by providing the necessary technical leadership
Actively research, develop and implement technological solutions aimed at enhancing both customer experience and internal operations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the improvement of business processes
Handling the sourcing, management of contractors, external suppliers and their subsequent evaluation in project delivery
Education & Experience
In possession of a BSc. or and MSc. certification, preferably in Engineering
Minimum of 6 years of experience working within various technologies and service delivery
Strong experience in network engineering
