CTO

An international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors is looking for a CTO to join its team.

• The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
• Managing the company’s technological strategic planning in alignment with its business goals and communicate them to partners, shareholders, and investors. 
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely and making changes wherever necessary. 
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, efficiency, and security.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
