Country Manager


As a Country Manager, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team and your responsibilities will include

  • Overseeing operations, sales, marketing and customer service functions
  • Identifying and addressing key strategic opportunities
  • Interfacing with local government agencies
  • Managing the overall management of the operations including the development and execution of the organization's long term strategy
  • Analysing the effectiveness of business units and work to reach financial goals
  • Directing budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency

Skill-sets and Requirements

Understanding of the different business functions such as HR, Finance, IT & Operations

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience as Chief Executive Officer or at Senior Management level
  • Degree / Masters in Business Administration or equivalent  
  • Solid background in Marketing
