Our client operates in the gaming industry. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Service Support Officer

The Role

You will be responsible for the monitoring of the gaming areas including all cards and materials storage
You will be the first point of contact with support teams, such as IT, NOC, Helpdesk and operators when required
Detect any procedural errors or suspicious activity and enforce all policies and procedures
You will monitor tables and cards room continually to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and procedures
You will operate surveillance equipment to ensure accurate video documentation and evaluate studio personnel performance
You will coordinate maintenance activities
Incidents outcome need to be documented by compiling incident reports
Be the go between studio and 3rd parties
Be responsible for the quality of the Games

Skill-sets and Requirements

A complete knowledge of the rules and procedures of the games is essential
Be a very good English speaker
