Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be assisting with client queries and offering them a unique solution.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries whilst addressing questions about services and repair timelines.
- Schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups across various channels.
- Ensure timely vehicle completion and explain services and costs clearly.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Know the products, services, and policies well.
- Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
- Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and working in a customer service role.
- Experience dealing with client queries, questions and complaints.
- Familiarity, passion or a hobby for cars.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English
- Proficient in computer skills
