We are currently recruiting for an Operations Officer role. This vacancy requires a fluent Dutch-speaking candidate, as well as a professional level of English. The opportunity would be ideal for candidates with previous banking, credit control, or customer service experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Customer query resolutions via phone and email
- Approaching potential clients and providing guidance on how they can become new customers
- Providing assistance to existing customers on how to effectively use the platform
- Daily administrative tasks related to the operation of the platform including payment allocation and debt collection
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch is essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- IT savvy and good time management skills
- Currently based in Malta
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a must
- A minimum of an 'A level' standard of education
