Our client is seeking an Office Clerk to join their already established team
Responsibilities
- Answering of telephone calls, directing them to relevant departments; communicate and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Monitoring of the Xerox Device Agent System, taking action on incidents, and managing customers’ devices
- Placing and managing Supplies orders
- Replying to customers’ email
- Sending of quotations to customers for consumables orders
- Helping with the collection of machines’ meter readings
- Perform routine clerical duties to support the administrative office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs
Skill-sets and Requirements
- You must hold an excellent telephone manner
- Be customer focused
- Computer Literate
