Office Clerk

Our client is seeking an Office Clerk to join their already established team

Responsibilities

  • Answering of telephone calls, directing them to relevant departments; communicate and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Monitoring of the Xerox Device Agent System, taking action on incidents, and managing customers’ devices
  • Placing and managing Supplies orders
  • Replying to customers’ email
  • Sending of quotations to customers for consumables orders
  • Helping with the collection of machines’ meter readings
  • Perform routine clerical duties to support the administrative office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • You must hold an excellent telephone manner
  • Be customer focused
  • Computer Literate
