Investments Operations Officer

Malta  |  €28,000 - €30,000 

Our client, a well established company, operating within fund asset management space, is looking to recruit a Fund Operations Officer to join their team of growing professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Reconciliation of funds portfolio and NAV reports with other third parties
  • Preparation of pre-trade compliance for investment decisions
  • Preparation of investment reports
  • Monitoring the activity of funds 
  • Ensuring investment records are kept up to date on the company's platform
  • Assisting in yearly audits
  • Ensuring all internal funds meet the regulatory requirements 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years of previous local experience within funds
  • Analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of private equity

Education & Experience

Degree in Finance or Accounting
