Assistant Fund Administrator

€17,000 - €19,000  |  Malta

One of our clients within the funds sector are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Fund Administrator to join their growing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for shareholder registrations, ensuring compliance and additional fund valuation duties where necessary.


  • Share Registration
  • Reviewing investor due diligence documentation
  • Preparing investor dealing by checking application and subscription documents
  • Processing investor dealing and distributing contact notes
  • Reconciling the client monies accounts
  • Processing of redemption payments to clients,  
  • Liaising with independent financial advisors regarding contact set up and commissions
  • Liaising with fund managers and investors
  • Preparation of monthly shareholder statements
  • Compliance
  • Ensuring that AML procedures are adhered to
  • Assist with the preparation of fund valuations
  • Assist with the preparation of expenses
  • Paying ongoing expenses of the funds and management companies

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A' level standard of education
  • Some previous experience in the local finance industry would be considered beneficial
