Pensions Administrator


A Pensions Administrator position is currently available within the financial services industry.


  • Assisting with queries received from Financial Advisors 
  • Processing of retirement scheme applications which includes data entry and reviewing of paperwork 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with members and third parties 
  • Act as a first point of contact for members and advisors to provide an effective customer experience 
  • Ensuring company database is kept up to date
  • Liaising with investment companies to ensure that documents are received in a timely manner

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong verbal & written communications skills 
  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous local work experience in pensions

Education & Experience

Minimum A'Level standard of education or equivalent
