Pensions Administrator

€18,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

An excellent opportunity has arisen for one of our clients to form part of a highly skilled and experienced pension team in our fast growing Malta office.


  • Carrying out general pension administration duties such as capturing data from application forms
  • Checking client information and inputting data onto main database
  • Issuing welcome packs & investment statements
  • Preparing income, fees, and investment payment instructions
  • Liaising with investment & pension companies 
  • Ensuring conformity with policies and procedures in line with regulatory obligations
  • Maintaining good client relationships and provide optimum customer service at all times
  • General adhoc administrative duties

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum A'Level standard of education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in banking, investments and of course pensions would be preferred


  • Strong verbal & written communications skills 
  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
