An exciting role for a Licensing and Compliance Manager within the iGaming industry has just opened. The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Head of Compliance and working towards optimizing the company's compliance strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company is acting in accordance with legal requirements of the German market and contribute towards meeting their highest standards for Compliance Management
- Supporting and advising during the technical implementation process of regulatory requirements
- Controlling ongoing processes and identifying potential risks in order to minimize them accordingly
- Identifying possible gaps and developing suitable measures with the team to improve their processes with the help of the evaluation of compliance-relevant data
- Maintaining, renewing and acquiring new gaming licenses
- Liaising with the IT team and other internal departments and provide compliance advice as necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as needed from time-to-time
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry particularly with German licensing is a must
- A deep understanding of Lugas is considered a strong asset
- Ideally fluent in German language
- Strong technical knowledge and IT savvy approach
Education & Experience
A degree in law or economics is ideal
