Corporate Administrator

€18,000 - €25,000  |  Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a Corporate Administrator vacancy in Malta. Reporting to the Operations Manager, one will be responsible for;

  • Setting up of companies and other structures;
  • Ongoing maintenance of companies with respect to Companies Act and AML compliance;
  • Assisting in the administration connected to company dissolutions;
  • Scanning, saving and filing of corporate documents;
  • Preparation of statutory documents;
  • Dealing with client's requests in a timely manner
  • Submission of documents to the VAT Department, MFSA, IRD, banks and other authorities;
  • Corresponding with banks and local authorities;

Education & Experience

  • A good understanding of the Maltese Companies Act, AML legislation, rules and regulations
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • A degree in law, accounting, banking and finance
