Compliance Manager (iGaming)

€40,000 - €50,000  |  Malta

A Compliance Manager position is currently available with a growing company within the iGaming industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the company is compliant with regulations affecting their operations at all times
  • Handling ongoing due diligence requests from third parties
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures as may be required
  • Managing compliance related projects, including new licence applications and ensuring that any risk of non-compliance is prevented
  • Keeping up to date with regulations that may impact the company
  • Assisting in new Gaming license applications 
  • Building and managing relationships with all stakeholders 
  • Producing reports as may be requested
  • Any other duties for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

  • A related compliance or legal qualification is a must
  • A minimum of 2 years previous local experience within the iGaming industry is a requirement
  • Excellent knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Experience in dealing with the MGA and UKGC

Skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language
