Compliance Administrator

  Central Malta

Our client, an international Financial Services company is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator.

Main responsibilities :

  • Lead corporate governance efforts by ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor and assess the legal and regulatory environment to align company operations with current laws and industry benchmarks.
  • Assist in establishing new entities within the Group and adapt existing organizational structures as needed.
  • Draft, review, and file essential documents, including board agendas, meeting minutes, regulatory filings, reports, policies, and training materials.
  • Develop and enhance internal workflows, templates, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support effective compliance processes.
  • Keep thorough physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation.
  • Perform regular due diligence on relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in compliance/corporate governance.
  • Have a can-do attitude and are eager to learn and grow your career
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Education and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
