Chief Enforcement Officer

Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a Chief Enforcement Officer vacancy in Malta. The ideal candidate managing the department will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that investigations are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Delivering effective risk-based regulations
  •  Offer strategic direction to the department by reviewing reports, records, documents and operations to assure efficient operation, workflow and use of resources
  • Manage budgeting of the department
  • Implement, enhance and develop internal procedures 
  • Review and monitor the performance of the team and manage KPIs 
  • Liaise internally with various department
  • Represent the company both locally and abroad

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Financial Services or Law or  the equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years working in a similar senior position
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Previous experience working with various departments
