Advisory Consultant - Financial Services

Malta

One of our clients, an established company providing financial services to both local and international clients, is looking to employ an Advisory Consultant - Financial Services to join its team of professionals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the engagement sourcing processes by contributing to proposals and bids to pitch for business
  • Accountability for client engagements: from designing the approach, undertaking the analytical work, and presenting the arising and final conclusions with the clients
  • Participate in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams that swarm around the specific business issues 
  • Working with guidance to project-manage engagements
  • Participate and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions about business innovations
  • Build and maintain an internal and external network of business contacts
  • Communicate through online channels, business-appropriate and professionally relevant business knowledge

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in operational decision-making roles, or consulting or senior positions in business functions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess requirements/issues, consider and analyse the impact and solutions to address these
  • Innate curiosity at how technology can improve processes, models and work organisation and the confidence to try new experiments
  • Passionate about talent management and how to maximise the people resources in change journeys

Education & Experience

Minimum MQF Level 6 Graduate in any one of the following disciplines: Business Management, Creativity, Entrepreneurship or Human Resources
