Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to recruit an Qualified Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Handling and implementing current and new accounting policies and procedures
Handling prepayments and accruals
Supporting accounting leases in terms of inventory and consumptions with adjustments
Management of journal entry
Handle accounts reconciliations and certification to ensure all measures are up to standard
Handling project cost amortisation
Assisting with VAT analysis and reporting
Assisting with SOX compliance
Assisting the Finance Manager with statutory reporting
Handling accounts with various different currencies
Supporting in the day to day duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be considered an asset
Flexible individual willing to work in a fast pace environment
Involves travelling

Education & Experience

Fully Qualified Accountant with ACCA qualifications
