Our client, a global manufacturing company serving the healthcare industry is seeking the services of a Technician. You will be reporting to the Technical Manager and the main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the production, plant and facility equipment to ensure that the necessary efficiency, quality and safe EHS practices are as per the company’s standards and expectations;
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of on-going projects
- Troubleshoot the machinery in case of breakdown
- Perform mould changes as required;
- Perform process improvements
- Maintain the maintenance records
Shift Basis - Monday to Friday
Morning: 06.00hrs till 14.00hrs
Afternoon: 14.00hrs till 22.00hrs
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Flexible and adaptable nature to be able to work on a shift basis
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Be willing to learn and develop through provided technical and other courses
- Able to communicate in English, knowledge of Maltese will be preferred
Education & Experience
- O'level Standard of Education
- Related Technical Qualifications will be considered an asset
- Candidates with experience within manufacturing will be preferred
