Our client, a leader in commercial real estate in Malta, is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Estimating budgets for upcoming projects
- Guiding and reviewing design
- Overseeing planning permission processes
- Engaging with utility service providers
- Monitoring and managing project progress during design and construction
- Liaising with authorities and contractors
- Conducting property inspections
- Contributing as part of the senior management team
- Lead engagement with external architects on design projects
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Excellent managerial skills
- Good understanding of construction costs
- Sound knowledge of local construction regulations
- Analytical
- An organised, self-motivated and committed individual to deliver tasks in a timely manner
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
Education & Experience
- Warranted Architect with 10+ years experience
- Foundation in architectural design
- Experience in project management
