R&D Laboratory Engineer

Malta

A job opportunity for an R&D Laboratory Engineer has arisen within the pharma industry. Forming part of the Research and Development Department and your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing functional test methods
  • Designing protocols and interpreting results to validate functional test methods
  • Performing and recording the validation tests
  • Writing TMV protocols dealing with product development 
  • Screening new ideas and performing studies
  • Compiling reports and analysis in written and graphic form, describing observations and results of studies
  • Adhering to the Quality Systems and ensuring GLP/GDP compliance 
     

Education and Experience

This vacancy requires:

  • Possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering 
  • Previous experience in an R&D position will be considered an asset 
  • Living in Malta 


Skills

  • Excellent level of English - both written and spoken
  • Able to statistically interpret test results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage their time well
