Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join thier team

Responisbilities

• Measure actual quantities and value the work done on site
• Updating of Bills of quantities as per actual quantities and works carried out on site.
• Preparation and submission of monthly payment applications
• Following up and liaising with clients and/or consultants for the issuing of certificate of payments.
• Liaising with accounts department for the issuing of invoices
• Monitoring, tracking and documenting extra works and variations, and ensuring that they are included in payment applications.
• Preparing reports, forecasts, analyses, budgets and other documents.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractor

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Knowledge of CAD, BIM, and Office software
• Estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of contracting.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Fluent in both Engish amd Maltese
• Currenyy living and working in Malta
