Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician that will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Performing electrical maintenance to include replacement or repair of fixtures and equipment
- Inspecting electrical and mechanical equipment to assess functionality and detect malfunctions
- Performing minor plumbing maintenance
- Carrying out any preventive maintenance programs and regularly updating records as required
- Keeping all areas in neat and tidy conditions
- Carrying out assessments for completion of reports to management as stated to standard procedures
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (rotation on weekends if required)
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Awareness and knowledge of health and safety systems
- Ability to use common tools
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Education & Experience
A technical qualification in electrical / electronics engineering at MQF level 4 or higher, OR, a Wireman Licence A and B in electrical installations
