Our client is one of the leading hospitality companies (hotels) in Malta. As they are growing their team, they would like to engage a Maintenance Manager.
The Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations in the food production area of the company
- You will be managing a team of maintenance technicians
- You will ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules including preventive maintenance
- You will assit with strategies, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain departments
- Evaluate contractor performance, negotiate service agreements, and ensure ad
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Can handle budgets and ensure adherence
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and risk management

Education & Experience
Preferably have an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering degree
