Field Support Engineer

Malta

In the position of Field Support Engineer, you will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing multiple projects while: 
  • Supporting system evaluators within the tendering and proposal team with the documentation and BOQs as required
  • Support the project coordinators in the projects team with any technical issues which arise during project execution and post-implementation customer support 
  • Assisting in project design based on client requirements
  • Training the team and partners as required 
  • Establishing an operation and maintenance manual 
  • Updating the documentation pertaining to systems when these are upgraded 
     

Education and Experience 

This vacancy requires: 

  • A Degree in B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in Design and Control Engineering 
  • Experience in Building Services Project Management, Autocad and application of BMS systems
  • Proficiency in English - both written and spoken

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Able to work in an organised manner with an eye for detail 
  • Effective problem-solving skills
