A new job opportunity for an Automation Engineer is now available within a leading manufacturing company. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • The Automation control Engineer is responsible for the design and development of new assembly equipment.
  • This includes the design and building of controls and interfacing, electrical wiring of equipment, programming using Siemens Simatic S7 PLC
  • Language, implementation and debugging.
  • Support and improve already existing equipment.

 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to prioritise duties and complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • A strong relationship builder, capable of operating at all levels within the organisation
  • Personal qualities of drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Initiative to propose and implement new ideas
  • Based in Malta

Education & Experience

  • An Engineering Degree in Electrical ,Electronics or Higher Technical Diploma in Industrial Electronics
  • 2-3 years experience in a Manufacturing environment is required
