As an Architect, you will be forming part of a collaborative environment working on a variety of local projects. You will be responsible for:
- Design & implementation of new precise schemes from the initial concept and provide innovative solutions and designs to the final project
- Assist in project management from project inception to completion and eventual certification of works
- Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders involved to discuss the projects and establish relationships
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for projects, applications for registration and issuing of necessary permits
- Review and draw architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed
- Deal with subcontractors, suppliers, employees and the general public in a professional manner at all times
- Monitor and Optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance

Skill-sets and Requirements
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
- Possess strong and detailed knowledge in quantity surveying and structural engineering and architecture
- Be creative and able to multitask efficiently
- Be proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills
- In possession of a clean driving license
Education & Experience
- Junior to Warranted Architects will be consdered
- Experience within the field of Civil Engineering and Structural Architecture is necessary
