User Insights & Campaign Analyst


Our group is a collective of 65+ professionals, organized in three independent companies running six brands. We are currently looking to recruit a User Insights & Campaign Analyst to join our team. Working within a close-knit and highly effective Marketing team responsible for the management of five brands


  • User journey improvements
  • Working closely with the product teams to ensure the user journeys are highly optimized. This will entail analysing marketing/sales funnels and customer intent to inform new technical projects that will result in conversion improvements.

Business Support

  • Marketing works closely with Business Development & Operations to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and process improvement. This will include track email metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
  • Research and provide market and consumer insights.
  • Submit recommendations to improve the revenue opportunities for the business, based upon data collected.

Marketing Support

You will mostly support the marketing team in achieving its objectives. This includes:

  • Report on marketing ROI as well as KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Evaluate customers’ online behaviour and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
  • Analyse A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
  • Advise other marketing functions (website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data).
  • Track, report and analyse online metrics including, but not limited to: homepages, landing pages, on-site demographics, platform performance, customer purchase analysis (retention & increase purchase frequency), and bounce rate by page.
  • Set-up and monitor events and goals on Google Analytics, especially when there’s a change on the website.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commercial acumen to present a solid analysis
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate & courageously across the organisation skills
  • A solutions driven person who is able to focus efforts for maximum impact.
  • Master in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Education & Experience

  • BSc Statistics OR
  • BSc Business & Computing OR
  • B.Com Economics
