A leading investment management firm in Malta, providing a wide range of investment and capital markets services is seeking to employ a Technology Team Lead within its Operations. The selected candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and an efficient Technology Team Lead to manage & develop the internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve its goals & deliver projects.
- Design & develop detailed data-driven dashboards and reports.
- Manage and develop our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform along with the connected databases.
- Manage communications with vendors & suppliers.
- Collaborate with all departments to design, develop and deliver solutions aimed at increasing operational productivity and efficiency through automation and tech solutions.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Strong project management skills including people management.
- Experience in data management, data reporting and SQL.
- Experience with digital CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Preferred experience with workflow automation & operation/processstreamlining.
- Problem solving & innovation mindset.
- Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills.
Education & Experience
Academic degree or extensive professional experience in a technology related field.
