A client of our operating within the Insurance industry is currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join their growing team.
Duties include:
Prepare insurance business plans and accounting schemes
Partner with stakeholders from across the business to ensure alignment with finance department - Link the project with all financial aspects including accounting and forecasting
Follow-up of the insurance and services margin
Monitoring of the unit margin and explain variances
Answer ad-hoc questions by the Management.
Monitoring and analysis of production and portfolio margin.
Mid Term Plan, Forecast and Budget
Ensure that the correct financial information has been provided for the product
Update forecasts with new requirements
Analysis of the Insurance Services margin.
Assist in the Consolidation and Reporting
Participate in transversal work with Accounting and Solvency departments in order to leverage on synergies between insurance forecasting, financial and regulatory reporting.
Assist in preparation of Board and Committee papers.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within an analysis position
