Our client is looking to recruit for an AI Conversation Design Specialist in Malta. You will be in close coordination with other technical teams adjusting to the data-driven culture.
What you will be responsible for:
Meet with clients to gather their business requirements.
Develop text and related media content within the platform for the AI Assistant to understand.
Interact and communicate with end-users based on pre-agreed workflows.
Build in the dialogues for the AI Assistant using an exceptional dialogue designer.
Develop NLP training models for our AI Assistant based on best practice and explore methods of improvement for machine learning models in terms of deployment, testing and optimization.
Tweak, manage and take responsibility for the text, related media content and training models created.
Collect feedback from customers, product manager and engineering teams to guide and improve chatbot creation.
Assure project content meets standards of quality clearly defined.
Advocate for best practices in conversation design and training models.
Work closely within cross-functional teams to coordinate all aspects of agreement and deliverables.
Skill-sets and Requirements
2 - 3 years working experience (fresh graduates will be considered for a lower skills related salary)
A background in NLP and content creation for AI Assistants is hugely advantageous
Exceptional writing skills including an aptitude for understanding and explaining technical information
The technical knowledge and ability to grasp concepts of AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing
An empathic mindset
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Background in advertising, marketing, and product design is a big plus
Education & Experience
Degree in Statistics/ Computer Science or Human Language Technology
