Technical Support Engineer

Malta  |  up to €25,000 

Our accomplished solutions client in Malta is actively recruiting a desktop and system support engineer. This is a role in which you will be the first line of support and will be working closely with the second line.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot remotely for issues that you assess and triage
  • Provide a resolution for requests within the parameters of the software
  • LAN, infrastructure, Microsoft server, and cloud services troubleshooting
  • Provide support for Office 365 and Active Directory users that need assistance with their accounts
  • Provide a positive and customer-focused experience to users

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft server
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft/Mac ecosystems
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Positive & friendly attitude with good communication skills
