Technical Support Agent (Shift)


Our client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Agent to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring traffic and various systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify technical issues and resolving in a timely manner
  • Escalating queries accordingly and working closely with other crossfunctional teams
  • Logging in events through internal tools


Education and Experience

  • Advanced Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally 1 yr experience within a similar role or a number of internships
  • Knowledge of MS Suite and ticketing systems
