Technical Integration Specialist

Malta  |  €25,000 - €32,000 Annually 

A leader in the Fintech industry is seeking to employ a Technical Integration Specialist to join their growing team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the development and execution of their customized payment solutions.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, a team player, ambitious, hands-on and with an attidude to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer developers in a testing environment to facilitate the implementation of the company's products and services, adhering to our APIs and technical specifications.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to customers (typically through Slack) throughout their implementation process.
  • Identify and resolve reported technical issues or challenges by conducting root-cause analysis and offering solutions, including debugging programming codes.
  • Take ownership of reported errors/bugs until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Proactively monitor the client's development progress and meticulously document all activities until the successful completion of the project.
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality completion of all integrations to ensure smooth payment processing once the customer goes live.
  • Monitor and support the customer during their transition to the live payment processing environment.
  • Conduct a technical handover to affiliate teams to ensure comprehensive awareness of the implementation details.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or testing roles would be advantageous.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in prioritization and multitasking while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
