Technical Customer Support Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client who specializes in the IT Services industry is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:   

  • Act as the primary contact point for customers, providing updates on service status, and estimated arrival times, and addressing any concerns or inquiries that customers might have 
  • Identify and address any potential obstacles or challenges in the dispatch process, working collaboratively with employees and management to find effective solutions 
  • Handle emergency situations in a calm manner, quickly assessing the situation, and dispatching the appropriate emergency services in the correct order of urgency 
  • Provide support and guidance to new and existing employees, assisting in onboarding processes and offering continuous training on dispatch protocols and procedures 
  • Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and procedures, taking appropriate measures to address any safety-related concerns immediately 
  • Work closely with other departments and teams within the organization to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment that promotes effective communication and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services is a must.

Education & Experience

Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and\or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate will be considered an asset although not a must have
