Service Advisor (Automotive Industry)


As the Service Advisor you will be working closely with the General Manager while being responsible for the after sales service to clients, ensuring quality standards at all times. Main duties are as follows:

  • Scheduling of appointments for servicing and repairs directly with client's
  • Liaising with the workshop staff for works needed to be undertaken
  • Following up with clients in relation to works required and/or carried out
  • Collection of vehicle preparation
  • Process documentation for warranty claims
  • Other related duties from time to time

Education and Experience

  • A secondary level of education is a minimum
  • Proficient in  MS Office software
  • 3 years experience within a similar role is given priority
  • Experience as a Motor vehicle technician will be seen as an asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese and English is a must - verbal and written


  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, self-motivated and highly organised
  • Multitasker and works well under pressure
  • Team player
