Sales Receptionist

  Central Malta  |  €14,400 - €16,000 Annually 

Our Retail client is looking to recruit a Sales Receptionist to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

  • Prioritize customer service, listen actively to understand their needs, and offer relevant product information or solutions;
  • Educate about the products, and get familiarized with key features, benefits, and any updates or new releases, enhancing the ability to assist customers effectively;
  • Practice using the stock control system regularly, when possible, seeking additional training to become more proficient;
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions; reconcile sales at the end of the day, addressing discrepancies and investigating promptly;
  • Conduct regular stock checks and monitor stock levels consistently to maintain accuracy;
  • Allocate time daily to keep the showroom clean and organized., creating a positive impression on customers, and contributing to a pleasant shopping experience;
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

Education & Experience

Must be proficient in both Maltese and English
