Our client, an established company operating in the financial sector, is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing them accordingly
Handling all incoming mail and deliveries to the offices
Assisting with general administrative tasks

Skill-sets and Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken Maltese AND English
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Education & Experience

A'Level Standard of Education is a must
Proven experience in a similar role would be an asset
