Reception and Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €26,000 Annually 

Our client within the Legal Sector is seeking a Reception & Office Administrator to support the operations team. The key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee Front Desk and Reception operations.  
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.  
  • Maintain client areas to the highest standards.  
  • Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.  
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, taxi and restaurant bookings.  
  • Monitor and maintain boardrooms, ensuring they are well-kept and fully stocked.  
  • Oversee procurement, negotiation, and management of administrative supplies.  
  • Manage petty cash transactions.  
  • Conduct errands within Valletta to support daily operations.  
  • Coordinate routine servicing schedules.  
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments and Partners.  
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.  

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position. 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.  
  • Client-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  
  • Fluency in Maltese and English is a must.
  • Minimum O-Level standard of education.
