Junior IT Specialist

Our highly reputable client is on the lookout for a Junior IT Specialist to join their growing and passionate team. This is the perfect opportunities for candidates who want to kickstart their career in IT and focus on networking and/or IT administration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deal with customers and build a client portfolio. The clients are within different industries such as iGaming, hospitality, retail, business services etc and you will help them set up their networking solutions, troubleshoot networking issues, set up routers etc.
• Provide top-notch service through in-person, phone, online, and email support.
• Handle customers' tech solutions and support.
• Work with vendors to recommend and research technology solutions.
• Schedule upgrades and installations.
• Work closely with different teams to provide the best level of service.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Valid driving licence or in the process of obtaining a driving licence.

Education & Experience

Diploma in IT and/OR CCNA certifications or similar
