IT Customer Support Agent


Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Customer Support Agent to join their team in Malta. You will be responsible for providing with first line support issues related to IT hardware and software tools. Other responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide user support to internal customers through phone or email.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Provide solutions where necessary and document issues reported

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in providing first line support 
  • A Diploma in IT or similar relevant qualification will be considered as an asset

Desired Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be solutions oriented and follow a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent level of English is required
