Front Office Receptionist

  Central Malta

Our client is a leading law firm situated in the Capital City. The firm is looking to employ a Front Office Receptionist. Here you will be responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and act as the first line of contact with visitors
  • Answering of incoming calls, screening and directing calls
  • Replying to emails and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Printing, filing and scanning of documents
  • Scheduling meetings and diverting calls as necessary
  • Greeting customers upon arrival and manage any corresponding queries
  • Controlling inventory relevant to reception such as postage stamps, boardroom supplies, etc.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required

Working hours are Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with others
  • A motivated team player demonstrating an eager and positive work ethic
  • Must be based in Malta and can fluently communicate in both English & Maltese

Education and Experience

  • Excellent command of Microsoft office applications
  • A minimum of MQF Level 4 Standard of Education
