Front Office Agent

€16,000 - €18,000  |  Malta

A Front Office Agent position is currently available with a growing manufacturer of specialised products.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
  • Handling telephone calls in a timely and polite manner
  • Greeting visitors and handling queries
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Handling and distributing mail accordingly
  • Managing the Company car fleet
  • Monitoring the upkeep of facilities and reporting any faults accordingly
  • Coordinating VAT receipt books
  • Preparing the boardroom for meetings
  • Any other duties that may be requested for the smooth running of the company

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer care environment locally is required
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • A minimum O'level standard of education

  • Polite and professional behaviour
  • Organised and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Maltese & English
