ERP Support Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €24,000 - €26,000 Annually 

Our client is on the lookout for an ERP Specialist to join their team here in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Offer 1st line support internally to any queries that are related to ERP whilst escalating any issues to the correct channels.
  • Continuously keeping the system data updated to ensure all information is correctly inputted, stored and validated.
  • Maintaining upkeep of system configuration across all platforms.
  • Documenting and maintaining SOPs related to the system.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new solutions.
  • Assisting with the development of common organisational reports and with any minor system configurations.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Between 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a similar role using ERP.
