Customer Support Specialist

€25,000 - €30,000  |  Malta

In this position of a Customer Support Specialist forming part of a team, you will be responsible for 

Responsibilities

  • Helping international customers on a daily basis,
  • Troubleshooting issues and advising on best practice in using the software
  • Delivering training and support over video conference
  • On-boarding new customers.
  • Working late morning to evening covering North America time zones (option to work remotely during evening hours), approx 3pm till midnight

Requirements:

  • Have experience with customer support via email/support platforms, phone and chat,
  • Excellent spoken and written English - ideally with a neutral British or American accent
  • Outgoing and friendly - very much a ‘people person’,
  • Have high levels of patience, remaining friendly and calm under pressure,
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team and be accountable for your own work,
  • Possess a strong customer service focus with good problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrate solid attention to detail.
  • Must be currently living in Malta

Considered a plus:

  • Customer support experience in a SaaS environment,
  • Experience working in an academic or administrative position in a school
